Overview
Join JNCL-NCLIS leadership for a one-day in-person world language education advocacy and networking event this fall in Washington, DC! During this event, JNCL-NCLIS official delegates and members will meet with federal legislators on Capitol Hill to garner support for and advance one piece of language education legislation. While you're on Capitol Hill for Advocacy Action Day, we invite you to attend the America’s Languages Caucus briefing to address pressing issues in the field today organized by JNCL-NCLIS. Following meetings on Capitol Hill, attendees will have the opportunity to attend a networking reception at the Planet Word Museum to celebrate the importance of multilingualism. Tickets for this event will also include a timed-entry pass to explore Planet Word Museum during your visit to Washington, D.C.
