FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
SACRAMENTO, CA. — JNCL-NCLIS and the Association of Language Companies (ALC) has ongoing partnership with the CAL Chamber’s advocacy campaign, I’m Independent, which is mobilizing multiple industries under attack from the April 2018 Dynamex decision.
On Tuesday, February 26th, the Labor Committee will hold a public hearing to debate the future of Dynamex. THIS IS NOT A DRILL.
We need to mobilize the troops to get up to 10 people to attend from our industry! Email the RSVP above if you plan to attend. The CAL Chamber will provide a template of script which JNCL-NCLIS and ALC can help adjust to fit the language industry; there will be approx. 1 min to talk (although speaking is not required). Finally, there will be a prep call on Monday, Feb. 25. More details given once you RSVP.
You may also email us (email@example.com) if you have any questions or additional leads in California.
